SOLUME Sessions are personalised one-on-one holistic wellbeing experiences designed to support women and mothers through the changing seasons of life. Each session is intuitively tailored to the individual, offering a restorative space to slow down, reconnect, and receive support for the mind, body, and nervous system. Drawing from naturopathy, nutrition, Reiki, sound healing, Cha Dao (tea ceremony), and botanical ritual practices, sessions are guided by your unique needs on the day. Whether you are feeling depleted, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or simply seeking a moment of calm and replenishment, SOLUME Sessions are created to gently support your overall wellbeing. Depending on your needs, sessions may include: Holistic wellness guidance Nervous system support Nutritional and lifestyle support Reiki energy healing Sound healing and restorative practices Tea ceremony and mindful ritual Botanical and self-care recommendations Space for grounding, reflection, and rest. These sessions are not about perfection or quick fixes, but rather creating supportive rituals and practical tools that encourage restoration, balance, and reconnection in everyday life.
