Your body has been speaking to you for a long time. Return to Rhythm is a 12-week, one-on-one program for women who are ready to listen, and to be supported while they do. If you're navigating endometriosis, PCOS, pregnancy loss, fertility or life after birth, you may have been handed fragments: a test here, a supplement there, and a lot of waiting in between. Here, we gently bring it all together. Over twelve weeks, naturopath Kim Campbell walks beside you with personalised care, functional testing and simple daily tools, so you can understand your body and feel held while you do the work. How it unfolds: Return to Rhythm is guided by the SOLUME framework, a six-step path through your health: - Space: slow down and create room to be heard. - Observe: notice the patterns in your cycle, energy, mood and body. - Look: explore your symptoms and signs in the context of your whole life. - Uncover: gain deeper insight through functional DUTCH hormone testing. - Mend: receive nutritional, herbal and naturopathic support, woven with ritual. - Evolve: integrate what you've learned and step forward with a plan that is yours. What's included: - Fortnightly one-on-one online sessions with Kim - DUTCH functional hormone testing, with a detailed walkthrough of your results - Personalised herbal tinctures, prescribed for you - Nourishing recipes and tailored meal planning - Weekly audio meditations and journal prompts - Worksheets and resources to deepen each week Who it's for: Women who would like guidance, education and steady support around endometriosis, PCOS, miscarriage, fertility or postpartum health, and who want a deeper, more personal approach than a single consultation can offer.
